1. In a large skillet, add 4 tbs CBD oil (included)or 4 tbs olive oil. Sauté vegetables or meat ofchoice (or both) on medium heat until browned,stirring frequently.
2. Pour 2 cups water, rice and spice mix into a large saucepan. Add cooked meat and bring to boil.
3. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes,until rice is tender.
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluffwith fork and serve.
Make it a feast – add cooked shrimp last 5 minutes ofsimmer time. Enjoy!
